HU—the Miracle Maker (Haiku)

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Guest Post by Gloria Lionz

As with all my poems, a title arrives first, then I get quiet and listen for what it has to share. In this case, HU “spoke” of itself, in Haiku form. It was a nice surprise for me too.

Feeling sad inside?
Tuckered out, a little blue?
What to say or do?

Forget complaining
Finger pointing; keeping score
Say less; notice more

Are your thoughts helpful?
Curious, open and true?
If not, shift your view

Become a magnet
A place where Light goes to Rest
Where Sound goes to Be

Become a temple
Open your doors to others
Peace will show up next

Your wealth matters not
Nor your standing where you live
Those things become dust

Let your heart sing HU
It’s the miracle maker
All you do is lead
